Good to know before you book

What time does check-in start and end?

Each lot sets its own hours - they show on your booking and confirmation. For our Port Canaveral lot, check-in opens at 10:00 AM and the last shuttle leaves promptly at 2:00 PM, no exceptions. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your chosen shuttle time.

What if I can't get on the ship?

Your car stays parked and safe. Call the lot directly using the phone number on your confirmation, and email [email protected] so we can help adjust or extend your return.

Do I have to pick a shuttle time?

Yes. You commit to a shuttle departure time when you book so the lot can staff the run. Arrive at least 15 minutes early. If you miss the last 2:00 PM shuttle, the lot cannot guarantee a ride to the terminal.

How many people can ride, and what does an extra guest cost?

Up to 4 passengers are included. Each additional guest, up to 7 total, is $20.00 and is added at booking, not at the lot.

Do you take oversize vehicles or Disney cruises?

It depends on the lot. Our current Port Canaveral partner does not park Disney sailings or oversize vehicles (RV, dually, trailer, box truck, extended van). The booking form tells you right away if your ship or vehicle is not eligible.

When and how do I pay?

You pay in full at booking by secure card. Your total, including the port entry fee, processing fee, and Florida sales tax, is shown before you confirm. You get an emailed receipt and parking pass right away.
