You can cancel your reservation for a full refund while your drop-off date is at least two days away. Just open our Manage reservation page, enter your confirmation code and email, and cancel - the refund is issued automatically to the card you paid with.
Full refunds are returned to your original payment method through our processor, Square. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Within two days of your drop-off, online cancellation is turned off. Please contact us and we will help however we can.
If you do not arrive and did not cancel, the reservation is treated as used and is generally non-refundable, since your spot was held for you.
Need to change your dates or ship? Contact us with your confirmation code and we will update your reservation where availability allows, or cancel and rebook you at the current rate.
