Portside Parking, operated by WETYR Corporation, is a technology, marketing, and reservation service that markets cruise parking and routes pre-paid customers to independent partner parking facilities near Port Canaveral. Portside does not itself own or operate the parking lot and does not take custody or control of your vehicle; the partner facility parks and is responsible for your vehicle.
Reservations are made and paid online in advance through our payment processor, Square. Your rate is shown before you pay, and the amount you approve is the amount charged. Your spot is reserved and guaranteed for the dates you book, subject to these terms.
You may cancel for a full refund while your drop-off date is at least the number of days out shown at checkout (currently two days). Refunds are issued to your original card and typically take 5 to 10 business days. Closer to your drop-off date, please contact us. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.
Your vehicle remains in the care, custody, and control of the parking lot operator, which carries garage-keepers liability insurance and is responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles occurring on its lot. Portside is a booking, marketing, and shuttle-coordination intermediary and does not take custody of your vehicle. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portside is not liable for loss of, theft of, or damage to your vehicle or its contents. Where Portside offers an optional vehicle protection product, its terms are presented at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service only for a lawful reservation, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Portside disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.
