Portside Parking ("Portside", "we", "us"), operated by WETYR Corporation, provides an online reservation service that markets cruise parking and routes pre-paid customers to independent partner parking lots near Port Canaveral.
When you make a reservation we collect your name, email, mobile number, vehicle details and license plate, cruise ship and dates, and the parking details of your booking. Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor (Square) and are never stored on our servers. When you browse the site we also collect standard analytics such as pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, IP address, and device type, using first-party cookies and similar technologies.
We use your information to take and fulfill your reservation, route your vehicle to the assigned partner lot, provide the shuttle and check-in, send you confirmations, arrival directions, reminders, receipts and, if you opt in, a reminder to finish an unfinished booking. We use analytics to operate, secure, and improve the service.
We share only what is needed to fulfill your parking: the assigned partner lot receives the details necessary to accept and park your vehicle (name, plate, vehicle, dates, ship). We use Square to process payments and Resend to send email. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
We use first-party cookies to keep your session, attribute referrals (including affiliate links), and measure site performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you do not want reminder emails for an unfinished booking, simply leave the opt-in box unchecked at checkout.
We keep booking records as long as needed for the reservation, accounting, tax, and legal purposes, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
You can look up, or cancel, your reservation any time at our Manage page, and you can contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to records we must retain by law.
