Why lots partner with Portside

How onboarding works

1

Apply & e-sign

Fill in your lot details below and sign the vendor agreement electronically. Takes about two minutes.

2

We counter-sign

Portside reviews and counter-signs your agreement, then activates your lot in the network.

3

Set your spots

You get a portal login to set how many spots you have available each day.

4

Receive pre-paid cars

Our routing system starts sending you paid customers automatically, closest lot first.

Apply to join the Portside network

Complete the application and sign the vendor agreement below. Fields marked * are required. You stay pending - no cars are routed - until Portside counter-signs and you set your available spots.

Vendor agreement

By signing, Portside Parking and the vendor agree that the vendor will:

  • Accept vehicles referred by Portside Parking and honor the published rates.
  • Provide the shuttle service and lot conditions as described, and stage vehicles away from trees, flood-prone, high-traffic and other hazard areas.
  • Carry commercial general and garage-keepers liability insurance naming Portside Parking as additional insured, and indemnify Portside for on-lot incidents.
  • Keep an accurate, timestamped record of vehicle arrivals and departures via the Portside check-in system.

Payment terms: Portside collects payment from the customer at the time of booking and remits the vendor's net (retail less the agreed commission) 15 days after the customer's cruise returns. This agreement is executed electronically; typing your name and submitting constitutes your legal signature. Portside counter-signs to activate the lot.

Partner questions

How does partnering with Portside Parking work?

You list your lot and available spots; Portside markets it, takes the online booking, collects payment up front, and routes pre-paid cars to you automatically. You provide the parking and shuttle, keep an accurate check-in record, and receive your net (retail less the agreed commission) 15 days after each customer's cruise returns. There is no upfront or marketing cost to you.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to apply or list. Portside earns an agreed commission on each booking it sends you; you keep the rest. Because we collect payment from the customer at booking, you are never chasing payment and never paying for advertising, SEO, or a booking platform yourself.

How are cars assigned to my lot?

Our proprietary routing system assigns each pre-paid customer to the closest partner lot at their port that has room for their full stay. When the closest lot fills for those dates, the next car cascades to the next-closest lot. You set your available spots in your portal, and we never oversell your capacity.

When and how do I get paid?

Portside collects the full amount from the customer at the time of booking and remits your net - your retail rate less the agreed commission - 15 days after the customer returns from their cruise. You can see every referred car and its payout status in your vendor portal.

Can I join if my lot is at a different port?

Yes. Portside is expanding to cruise ports beyond Port Canaveral. Enter your port on the application and we will onboard your lot for that market. The routing, payments, and portal work the same at every port.

What are my responsibilities as a partner lot?

Accept the cars we send at the published rate, run your shuttle, park vehicles safely away from hazards, carry commercial general and garage-keepers liability insurance naming Portside as additional insured, and log every arrival and departure through our check-in system. These terms are in the vendor agreement you sign when you apply.
