On-site port parking is $17 a day to park beside the JAXPORT terminal (tax included) for a standard vehicle and $34 a day for an oversized one; the lot holds about 600 cars and no longer takes reservations. Off-site lots like The Parking Mall run about $12 a day with a shuttle to the terminal. You pay for each day your car is parked, so a 4-day cruise is about $68 and a 5-day about $85 at the on-site lot, so a 7-night cruise is 8 parking days.
