You are not circling a garage with tired kids in the back seat; you drive into a space held for you and unload at your own pace.
Before you lock the car, decide what stays behind. Car seats you will not use on the ship can stay in your vehicle, which sits in our gated, fenced lot under 24/7 video surveillance for the whole cruise. Bring carry-ons and anything the kids need for the first afternoon aboard, then ride the shuttle directly to Terminal 8.
Disney gives each party a port arrival time in its cruise documents. Work back from that time, allowing for parking, checking in with your digital pass and the short shuttle ride, and make sure you are on a shuttle before the last outbound departure at 2:00 PM. We email your shuttle time the day before you sail so you can plan the morning around it.
Walk forward on the main pedestrian path, turn left along the curbside walkway, and go to the overhead sign labeled 12. Wait beneath the sign and we will meet you. Return shuttles start at 7:00 AM. With little ones, it helps to have one adult wait under the sign with the group while another brings the bags.
